Wedding Officiant Services At A Oahu Location Of Your Choosing Includes:

❤️ I will provide up to one hour of pre wedding consultation by phone and/or email to answer your questions, find more about you as a couple and find out your ideas for the ceremony.
❤️ I will create a personalized script for your wedding ceremony that is inspired by Love and you, the couple.
❤️ You may write your own words of Love to say during the ring exchange portion of the ceremony or I can create something for you to say.
❤️ Popular island wedding traditions like a Lei Exchange, Ha Breath of Life, or Sand Unity ceremony can be incorporated into your wedding at no additional charge. You would provide the leis for the lei exchange or for the sand unity. I have wooden bowls you may use upon request if you want to incorporate a sand unity or you may provide your own.

❤️ On the day of your wedding I will be available for up to one hour after the agreed upon meeting time to perform the ceremony.
❤️ On the day of your wedding, after the ceremony, I certify the marriage online with the State of Hawaii making a legal record of your marriage. The State will email you a few days after the wedding with a link to your downloadable marriage certificate which is a legal document that can be used for insurance and military housing.
❤️ I am happy to incorporate special requests or other wedding traditions into your ceremony to make it personal and meaningful for you. I can also incorporate a special theme you have selected for your wedding into the ceremony.

Sand Unity Ceremony During Beach Wedding using my wooden bowls

Wedding Officiant Service Fee for Weddings, Vow Renewals, Elopements and Civil Unions at a Oahu location of your choosing depends on the location:

$180 plus tax within the areas of Kapolei, Ewa Beach
$200 plus tax Pearl City, Waikele, Waipahu, Mililani
$230 plus tax Downtown Honolulu, Waikiki, Kaneohe (lower parts), Wahiawa, Nanakuli, Maili
$330 plus tax Aina Hina, Hawaii Kai, Waianae, Makaha, Yokohama Bay
$375 plus tax Makapuu, Waimanalo, Kailua, Kaneohe (upper parts), Kualoa Beach, Kualoa Ranch, Kaaawa, Hauula, Laie, Kahuku, Turtle Bay, Waimea, Haleiwa, Waialua

An additional fee of $75 is charged for wedding ceremony start times before 10am or after 7:30pm. Additional fees if hiking, getting wet, or a costume is required.

My fee is double for services some holidays (Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, December 24, December 25, December 31, January 1). This is to make it worth my while to give up my holiday and family time.

❤ Wedding Traditions and Unity Ceremonies
I do not charge anything additional if you would like to incorporate a lei exchange, sand unity ceremony or traditions into your ceremony. The most popular in Hawaii are the lei exchange, the sand unity ceremony, and Honi Honi/Ha Breath of Life ceremony. I have wooden bowls for the sand unity ceremony available for use at no charge. The wedding couple is responsible for providing leis or any other items used in any of the unity ceremonies they wish to incorporate.
There are hundreds of unity ceremonies and wedding traditions from different cultures that can be incorporated into a wedding or vow renewal ceremony. There is no right or wrong way to have your ceremony. Choose to incorporate what will be meaningful to both of you and make your ceremony special and specific to you as a couple.

Deposit To Secure Your Date and Time

❤ Deposit To Secure Date and Time
Once you have chosen a date and time for your ceremony a $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure my services, Wedding Officiant Kim Crinella, for a specific date and time for your ceremony. Payment can be made by Venmo, PayPal, Debit Card or Credit Card. This deposit is deducted from the balance which is due on the day of the ceremony and can be paid in cash or Venmo. The deposit is not refundable if the date of the wedding is changed or cancelled.

Other Fees

❤ Pre-Wedding Consultation
One hour of pre-wedding consultation service in person, phone, and/or by email is included with the full service wedding officiant services. No ceremony weddings should not require a pre-wedding consultation, only wedding license instructions. Should you require additional consultation services exceeding the included 1 hour consultation, services will be billed at $75 per hour and any portion of.

❤ Officiant’s After Hour Fee
If you require me to be present at the ceremony location for longer than an hour after the agreed upon arrival time, like if there is a late start or if you would like me to attend a Rehearsal and/or Reception, there is a fee of $100 per hour billed in one hour increments. On the day of the ceremony if the wedding is delayed and the couple requires I stay longer than the included hour, $100 per hour billed in one hour increments will be due in cash or Venmo at the time of the wedding or payable by invoice online by credit card once I return from the wedding and must be paid before I will certify the wedding with the State of Hawaii to make the marriage legal. I am required to certify a marriage within 3 days of officiating to make it legal.
