Custom Wedding Officiated Anywhere On Oahu
❤️ Congratulations on your engagement! I am Licensed Hawaii Wedding Officiant Kim Crinella and I write and officiate beautiful personalized nonreligious love-centric wedding focused on the love and journey of the couple . Witnesses are not required in Hawaii to get married so you may have an intimate wedding with just the two of you or a larger gathering surrounded by family and friends. You do not have to decide on the ceremony location until up to 24 hours before the reserved ceremony time, if you want to secure your day and time and still consider location options.
❤️ I do my best to make eloping, getting married, or renewing vows on Oahu as simple and stress free as possible for couples. I provide step by step instructions on how to navigate the confusing Hawaii Marriage License application process. To create the personalized ceremony I interview each couple by asking a few personal questions about their journey as a couple and then I create a ceremony inspired by the couple’s love.
You can incorporate whatever cultural and/or wedding traditions that will be meaningful to you into your ceremony and can write your own vows of love or just repeat after me. If you are undecided on the wedding ceremony location I can recommend locations based on what you would like your surrounds to be like for your wedding and provide links to videos I have taken to give a virtual view to help in deciding. If you would like to have fresh leis to incorporate a lei exchange or just to wear, I offer a basic lei option or can recommend a florist with additional options. If you would like capture memories before, during and after their ceremony I have a budget photography package option or have referrals for excellent wedding photographers on Oahu.

❤️ My Hawaii Wedding Officiant Services includes one hour of pre-wedding consultation by phone and/or email to answer your questions, find more about you as a couple, and learn what traditions you would like to incorporate into the ceremony. On the day of the wedding, elopement or vow renewal I will be available for up to one hour after the agreed upon meeting time to perform the ceremony.
❤️ You may choose a location anywhere on the island of Oahu to have your wedding ceremony with options of beaches, gardens, parks, next to a waterfall, at a scenic lookout, while on a hike, at a luau or other tourist attraction, on a hotel balcony, in the backyard of a private home or vacation beach house rental, at a restaurant, wedding venue or ballroom. You do not need to provide a specific location to reserve your day and time for Wedding Officiant services. I am happy to make recommendations for specific ceremony locations, including providing videos I have taken of the locations, based on your desired backdrop once the deposit is paid to secure your day and time. Check out my helpful resource of All Beaches on Oahu and other Wedding Venues!
❤️ On the same day of your wedding, after the ceremony, I certify the marriage online with the State of Hawaii making a legal record of your marriage. The State will email you a few days after the wedding with a link to your downloadable marriage certificate and will mail you a hard copy of your Hawaii Marriage Certificate in 2-3 weeks.

❤ Wedding Traditions and Unity Ceremonies
I do not charge anything additional if you would like to incorporate wedding or cultural traditions into your ceremony. The most popular in Hawaii are the lei exchange, the sand unity ceremony, and Honi Honi/Ha Breath of Life ceremony. I have wooden bowls for the sand unity ceremony available for use at no charge. The wedding couple is responsible for providing leis or any other items used in any of the unity ceremonies they wish to incorporate. I can provide orchid leis for an additional fee.
There are hundreds of unity ceremonies and wedding traditions from different cultures that can be incorporated into a wedding or vow renewal ceremony. There is no right or wrong way to have your ceremony. Choose to incorporate what will be meaningful to both of you and make your ceremony special and specific to you as a couple.
Click here for more information and meanings behind the most popular unity ceremonies and traditions that you can incorporate into your ceremony like lei exchange, sand unity, Ha Breath of Life unity, beer unity, tree planting ceremony and more!

Payment can be made by Venmo, CashApp, Debit Card or Credit Card. This deposit is deducted from the balance which is due on the day of the ceremony and can be paid in cash, Venmo or CashApp. The deposit is not refundable if the date/time of the wedding is changed or cancelled.
Optional Add Ons
❤ Fresh Orchid Leis: You may request fresh single strung variegated purple/white dendrobium orchid leis to wear for your ceremony or to use for a lei exchange during the ceremony. These leis are the most popular leis given out in Hawaii and their beautiful color pops in photos. About 50 fresh purple with white orchid blooms are used to create each lei. These orchids are big in size creating a nice fluffy lei, are hearty so they wont wilt fast with the heat of the body and the sun, and are unscented which is good if you have allergies or are scent sensitive. $60 plus tax for two leis. Request a quote if you would like more than 2 leis, like if you would like to give leis to your wedding guests.
❤ Circle of Flowers is a tradition in Hawaii where the wedding couple has a circle of blooms mark the spot where they will exchange vows. The circle of flowers is symbolic of their never ending love for one another and their eternal pledge they commit to one another in the circle.
This couple had a circle of fresh orchids and fancy fresh leis.
❤ MY WEDDING SERVICES CIRCLE OF FLOWER OPTIONS
If you will be hiring me to officiate your wedding on Oahu I have two options for circle of flowers if you would like me to provide it for you:
FRESH ORCHIDS: A 10 foot garland of beautiful fresh purple with white dendrobium orchid blooms is a easy way to lay down the circle of flowers and it cleans up quickly after the ceremony. $120 plus tax.
LIFELIKE SILK MAILE WITH TUBEROSE RENTAL: Have a lifelike silk Maile garland with tuberose to mark your ceremony spot. For a use fee of $25 plus tax I will bring the garland, set it up, and pick it up after the ceremony.
This couple had fresh orchid leis and rented the lifelike silk maile with tuberose.
❤ Shower of Flowers with Dendrobium Orchids: After the ceremony rather than tossing rice guests toss dendrobium orchid blooms to celebrate the happy couple’s nuptials! You don’t need a lot of guests or a lot of blooms. In the photo below each guest tossed 2 orchid blooms and it creates an amazing photo of everyone celebrating! $30 plus tax for 70 loose orchid blooms.
This couple had a fresh orchid lei exchange, circle of orchid flowers and a shower of flowers.
Budget Photography Option
🤳If you will be hiring me to officiate your wedding or vow renewal I am happy to take a couple ofphotos with your phone camera at no charge. If you would like to have more than a couple of photos, I was a wedding photographer before I became an officiant and I offer an inexpensive wedding photo package where during the hour I am with you on your wedding day I will take photos using your phone camera before and after the ceremony. Since I am unable to take photos while I am officiating the ceremony I have a cell phone tripod that you may use to take video of the ceremony where you can take photos from the video later. The photo above was captured from one couple’s video taken on their phone during their ceremony. Below are photos from a wedding where the couple had me take photos using my phone. You have full ownership of all photos and videos and get to take them with you on your phone to share and keep.
$150 plus tax

❤ Attendance At Wedding Rehearsal
If you will be having a wedding party with a best man, maid of honor, groomsmen and bridesmaids then you should have a rehearsal with the wedding party to practice how you want them to walk in, where to stand during the ceremony, if you want them to do anything during the ceremony, and how you want them to walk out after the ceremony. It is not necessary to have the Wedding Officiant at the rehearsal, you can actually use a stand in or make believe they are standing there. During the actual ceremony I will tell the wedding couple what they need to do (hold hands, look at each other, put a lei on the other, put the ring on the other) so the wedding couple doesn’t need to practice.

On the day of the ceremony if the wedding is delayed and the couple requires I stay longer than the included hour, $100 per hour billed in one hour increments will be due in cash, CashApp, or Venmo at the time of the wedding or payable by invoice online by credit card once I return from the wedding and must be paid before I will certify the wedding with the State of Hawaii to make the marriage legal.
